Downs Leat Marshall is a property consultancy that specialises in helping Retail Businesses manage their properties.
We identify and implement solutions to a wide range of property portfolio management problems for our retailer clients, who range from start-up businesses to multiple national chains. By working exceptionally close with our clients, we can meet their needs in areas such as acquisition of new occupational space, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of their existing portfolio and finding savings on their occupational costs.
